Description
Pronounced fruit and spice – white pepper and cloves, with a dry finish yet highly refreshing. Malt characteristics are light but show a nice balance of slight bread and honey flavours. The hops provide a slight earthy character along with delicate stone fruit flavour and aroma – really well balanced and drinkable. Fermented using a genuine Saison yeast strain, this beer has the typical characteristics that this style is known for.
